Yes. Pulling 700 million people out of poverty in just a few decades without relying on the slave trade, opium trade, colonization, and imperial war. The Chinese industrialization improved the lives of more people in absolute number and percentage than all previous industrialization of Britain, America, German, Japan, Soviet Union, etc. combined.
